Blenheim Funds

BAM manage a range of funds called the Blenheim Funds, which are carefully designed to serve as building blocks of the different model portfolios, each tailored to meet specific levels of risk and return.

Risk is managed in two ways: firstly, by blending the Blenheim Funds within each model portfolio to align with the chosen level of risk, and secondly, by actively managing each individual Blenheim Fund to keep them on track and responsive to market changes. This dual approach helps ensure that each model portfolio is thoughtfully structured and managed with attention to both risk and reward.

BLENHEIM DIVERSIFIED ALTERNATIVES

Investment Objective

The objective of the fund is to provide a positive total return over any 3 year period.

The fund will be actively managed to provide a diversified portfolio of alternative assets, which behave differently to traditional forms of investment.

Investment Objective

The objective of the fund is to provide income. The fund will be actively managed to provide a diversified portfolio of Sterling denominated (or hedged back to Sterling) bonds. The type of bonds held may include government, investment grade, sub-investment grade and asset backed bonds.

BLENHEIM DIVERSIFIED PROPERTY

Investment Objective

The objective of the fund is to provide income and capital growth over the medium to long term, from investing in a diversified range of property assets including bricks and mortar property funds, REIT funds and listed property securities. The maximum exposure to collective investment schemes that invest directly in property will be 50%. Direct investment includes funds that invest more than 70% of their assets directly in immovable properties.

Investment Objective

The objective of the fund is to provide capital growth over time through investments considered by the Investment Manager to be ethical investment
choices, across multiple asset classes, as defined in the Ethical Investment Policy, which is published on Margetts.com. A minimum of 70% of the portfolio will be invested in collective investment schemes and overall exposure to equities will be a minimum of 40% and a maximum of 85%.
